Shipping and Delivery
We ship parts to customers throughout the world except to locations blacklisted by international trade embargoes and conventions.
All shipping, duties, customs and delivery charges are paid for by the customer.
Delivery Protocols
After the order is received, and based on availability, the item is shipped within 48 - 72 hours, and it may take seven to ten business days for the shipment to reach its final destination. Please be aware that this time frame is merely an estimate and is not a guarantee. Weather, transportation, natural disasters, wars, or any other uncertainty may affect the shipment or delivery.
Check every package carefully after receiving your order to make sure no parts are damaged, missing, or in the wrong place.
If a damaged part arrives, refuse the shipment and ask the shipper to send it back to us right away. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to us. Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the foregoing occurs.
Lastly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such must be worked out with the shipping company.
